Alicia Burson | Business Manager | Designer | Certified Scrum Master
Alicia brings a strong background in customer service and event management to the team. She excels at finding the simplest and most efficient ways to get projects done well and information organized. One of her key strengths is in streamlining work processes and procedures to improve customer service and the bottom line. In January of 2022, she became a Certified Scrum Master. While versed in marketing, logistics, and design, her real passion is to see all the parts come together in a cohesive manner. Alicia believes “there is always a way to make things more effective” – think smarter not harder. She takes this mantra into everything she does in life.
When she’s not streamlining at work, you can find her nose in a book, in the kitchen cooking up a storm, or helping her two kids with their homework. “My heart is with my family and I love providing for them in every way possible,” she says.
